Are You Tired of Taking Elderberry Syrup By The Spoonful?

Here are some creative ways to take Faith’s Signature Elderberry Syrup.

It is typically recommended that adults take 1 tbsp and children take 1 tsp of elderberry syrup a day to maintain and support a healthy immune system. When symptoms arise, it is recommended to increase the frequency of servings to every couple of hours.

Since elderberry is so versatile, you don’t have to limit this delicious syrup to a spoon. Have fun, get creative! Here are some ideas and recipes.

Elderberry Salad Dressing
2 tbsp elderberry syrup
2 tbsp olive oil
Pinch of salt
Splash of ACV (apple cider vinegar)

Vigorously shake ingredients to combine. Pour on salad. Enjoy!

Elderberry Popsicles/Slushies/Ice Cubes

Use any juice of choice. I’ve used apple juice as well as grape juice.
1-2 tbsp of elderberry syrup

Fill a container with your juice of choice and elderberry syrup. Pour into popsicle molds or ice cube trays. My daughter prefers ice cube trays and toothpicks to make mini popsicles. Take juice and elderberry mixture out of freezer within an hour for a slushy consistency. If you’re making ice cube popsicles remove before freezing solid to insert toothpicks. Then place back into freezer. Once frozen, enjoy these frozen treats. You can add your juice ice cubes to any drink.
